RETURN
POLICY
At
BoatStoreUSA.com, we are committed to providing you
the best customer satisfaction possible. If you are
dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, we will
gladly refund or replace any new or unopened products.
Items
must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order
and must meet the following requirements:
- Items
must be in brand new, original condition
- Items
must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's
packaging with all packaging materials, including
instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags,
blank coupons and blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's
labeled packaging must be enclosed in a new shipping
carton.
- All
original manufacturer information must be included
(Warranty card must NOT be filled out.)
- Products
cannot be installed, used or disassembled or have
any missing parts or hardware
The
following orders are not returnable:
- Custom
or Special Orders
- Opened
Computer Software, Electronic Charts or Videotapes
- Electrical
Parts and Fuel Components
Refunds
We
will issue a full refund, including all applicable sales
tax for any returned products when your return meets
the above requirements. The cost of shipping will only
be refunded if the return is a result of our error.
We reserve the right to charge a 5% re-stocking fee.
If
you would like to return an item, please complete the
Return Authorization Form.
Once received, we will contact you via email with a
Return Authorization Number and further instructions.
We must have a Return Authorization Number for all returns
and cannot accept and process any unauthorized returns.
All
returned products must be shipped either FEDEX, UPS
or Insured Parcel Post to allow us to track and ensure
a prompt return. The return authorization must be written
on the outside of the shipping box (not the product
box). No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. You may
use our Return Label for your convenience.
Damaged
Products
If
your product has been damaged in shipment, please complete
the Return Authorization Form
within 24 hours of receipt of your product or call us
immediately. Once received or notified, we will then
contact you via email or phone with further instructions
on filing your claim.
Defective
Products
If
you have received a defective product, please review
the manufacturer information included with your new
product. If you wish to return it, please complete the
Return Authorization Form.

FREE EXTENDED WARRANTY
BoatStoreUSA.com
guarantees the workmanship of all products sold on our
site. We will honor the manufacturers' warranty in addition
to offering a free extended warranty protection up to
one extra year with original sales receipt and warranty
information. Excluded from BoatStoreUSA.com's Free Extended
Warranty Policy are electrical parts, fuel components
and computer software.
PAYMENT
METHODS
We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express
or Wire Transfer. A $15 fee will be charged for
all Wire Transfers.
SHIPPING

Shipping
Methods
We ship FEDEX,
UPS Ground Service within the Continental U.S. Shipping/Handling
costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
Alaska and Hawaii orders may require additional shipping
charges. Orders can be shipped via USPS to reduce
shipping costs, however you will be contacted via email
after order is placed. Orders are shipped USPS
Priority Mail where UPS/FEDEX Ground is not available.
Items that are too large to ship via UPS/FEDEX, will
ship via a freight carrier at an additional charge.
Your order
will be shipped from Stuart, FL and delivered via
UPS within 1-7 business days after shipment date depending
upon your shipping destination. There may be an additional
delay for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
Delivery is Monday thru Friday if shipped UPS and Tuesday
thru Saturday if shipped FEDEX.
We will ship
to any UPS acceptable address however, we cannot ship
to PO boxes. BoatStoreUSA.com reserves the right to
limit quantities and/or charge additional shipping charges
on oversize packages based on weight and/or dimensions.
These charges are noted in the product description,
however if additional charges are needed, you will be
notified prior to shipping.

SALES
TAX
Sales
tax of 6% is applicable for orders shipped within Florida
only.
ORDER
CONFIRMATION
You
will receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours
of submitting your order, including an order reference
number. Please keep your order reference number in case
you need to check your order status.
Please
note that some Internet and Email anti-virus and anti-spyware
software may block this email confirmation. If
you do not receive an email confirmation for this reason,

and we will confirm your order.
ORDER
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You
will receive a FEDEX, UPS or USPS tracking number via
email within 24 hours of shipment of your order. You
can track your package at UPS

Please

BACK
ORDERS
Although
we make every effort to prevent shortages or back orders,
items do sell out of stock more quickly than anticipated,
thereby creating a backorder situation. We do remove
these items from our website immediately, however if
you order an item that is out of stock, we will notify
you via email or phone within 24 hours and inform you
of any back order situation with approximate shipping
date.
CANCELLATIONS
Please
notify us immediatley with order cancellations.
All orders may be cancelled with no additional fee prior
to shipping as long as we are notfied. Cancellations
must be made via email orders@boatstoreusa.com
or you may fax us your request to 772-219-3475. We will
not accept any cancellations over the phone. If
the order has been shipped, our normal return policy
applies. Cancellations made after order has been
processed for shipping may result in a 5% processing
fee.
INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS AND SHIPPING
We
currently do not offer International Ordering through
our website shopping cart. For international orders
and shipping, please email us at orders@boatstoreusa.com
or call 772-221-3424. Our toll-free number is unavailable
outside USA.
All international
orders will need to be handled on an individual basis
to discuss shipment options and additional shipping
fees.
Overseas deliveries
are made via USPS Air or Surface Parcel Post, UPS, DHL
or FEDEX, depending upon customer's preferred method.
Once shipping methods is established, fees paid and
custom forms completed, package will be shipped with
typical delivery times 7-14 business days depending
on carrier and country shipped to. For packages
shipped via USPS Surface Parcel Post, delivery can take
4-6 weeks. Any delays
due to border or custom issues are out of our control
and could result in extended delivery time.
Hazardous
materials cannot be shipped outside the Continental
U.S., including APO and FPO boxes.

is not responsible for customs duty taxes assessed on
any packages shipped outside the Continental U.S.
Payment
Methods for International Orders
All
International Orders must be prepaid before merchandise
is shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,

Wire Transfer. A
