At, we are committed to providing you the best customer satisfaction possible. If you are dissatisfied for any reason with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return of new or unopened products per our posted return policy.

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order and must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must be in brand new, original condition

  • Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, blank coupons and blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed in a new shipping carton.  Do not write on or attach shipping labels to manufacturer's packaging.

  • All original manufacturer information must be included (Warranty card must NOT be filled out.)

  • Products cannot be installed, used or disassembled or have any missing parts or hardware

The following orders are not returnable:

  • Custom or Special Orders
  • Opened Computer Software, Electronic Charts or Videotapes
  • Electrical Parts and Fuel Components
  • CDI Electronics products
  • Paint / Liquid Cleaning and Maintenance Products

If you would like to return an item, please log in to your account and complete the RMA request for your order. Once received, we will contact you via email with a Return Authorization Number and further instructions. We must have a Return Authorization Number for all returns and cannot accept and process any unauthorized returns.

All returned products must be shipped to the return address below via FEDEX, UPS or Insured Parcel Post to allow us to track and ensure a prompt return.  No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. Returns

Refunds: Returns that are not a result of our error will be subject to up to a 20% re-stocking fee to cover shipping and additional costs incurred in processing returns. The restock fee is determined by the returns department once the item is received back and inspected.  We reserve the right to charge up to 50% restock fee or refuse to accept the return if an item is returned missing parts or the manufacturer's packaging is written on or covered in shipping labels.

The cost of shipping will only be refunded if the return is a result of our error. Returns will be processed within 2-3 business days of confirmed delivery to our return address.  Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment and may take 1-3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or merchant card company's policies.

Damaged Products:  If your product has been damaged in shipment, please contact us immediately. We will file a damage or loss claim with the carrier on your behalf and work to get the claim resolved as quickly as possible.

Defective Products: If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. If you wish to return it, please complete the RMA request process as noted above.



BOATSTOREUSA.COM FREE EXTENDED WARRANTY guarantees the workmanship of all products sold on our site. We will honor the manufacturers' warranty in addition to offering a free extended warranty protection up to one extra year with original sales receipt and warranty information. Excluded from's Free Extended Warranty Policy are electrical parts, CDI Electronics parts, fuel components and computer software.



We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, Paypal or Wire Transfer.   A $16 fee will be charged for all Wire Transfers.





Item Locations

Our main office is located in Stuart, FL but we have warehouses located all across the country. We always do our best to ship from the closest warehouse location with stock, however we are unable to guarantee shipment from a particular location.

Shipping Method

We ship UPS Ground Service or USPS Priority or Flat Rate Mail within the Continental U.S. Shipping/Handling costs are automatically calculated during checkout. Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped with USPS.  Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail where UPS Ground is not available. Items that are too large to ship via UPS may ship via a freight carrier at an additional charge. International orders and orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other territories may take 3-4 business days to process.

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-8 business days depending upon your shipping destination. There may be an additional delay for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.  Delivery is Monday thru Friday if shipped UPS and Tuesday thru Saturday if shipped UPS. reserves the right to limit quantities and/or charge additional shipping charges on oversize packages based on weight and/or dimensions or when they order may have to ship from multiple locations. If additional charges are needed, you will be notified prior to shipping.


Sales tax of 7% is applicable for orders shipped within Florida only.




You will receive a confirmation via email within 24 hours of submitting your order, including an order reference number. Please keep your order reference number in case you need to check your order status.

Customers will be emailed with an order tracking number from UPS or USPS within 24 hours of shipment of your order. You can track your package at UPS Tracking  or USPS Tracking  by entering your tracking number.

Although we make every effort to prevent shortages or back orders, items do sell out of stock more quickly than anticipated, thereby creating a backorder situation. We do remove these items from our website immediately, however if you order an item that is out of stock in our warehouse, we will notify you via email or phone within 24 hours and inform you of any back order situation with approximate shipping date or cancel and refund your order if unable to fulfill in a reasonable time.



Please notify us immediately with order cancellations.  All orders may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping as long as we are properly notified. Cancellations must be made via email to If the order has been shipped, our normal return policy applies. Cancellations made after order has been processed for shipping may result in a processing fee. reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason.  We will notify you prior to cancellation if the order cannot be fulfilled.




Overseas deliveries are made via USPS. Typical delivery times are 10-14 business days depending on carrier and country shipped to, however these times are not guaranteed due to customs and border offices in each country.  

Hazardous materials cannot be shipped outside the Continental U.S., including APO and FPO boxes.

BoatStoreUSA is not responsible for customs duty taxes assessed on any packages shipped outside the Continental U.S or any delays for this reason.  We ask that you contact your local postal/customs office to resolve any delivery issues. Any packages returned back to BoatStoreUSA as "returned to sender", "undeliverable"or "refused" shipments will not refunded shipping fees and may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee. We will resend package if additional shipping fees are paid. 

BoatStoreUSA will provide shipment tracking numbers however it's the customer's responsibility to track delivery of package. BoatStoreUSA is not responsible for border or custom issues as it is out of our control and could result in extended delivery time. Any packages deemed undeliverable will be returned back to sender according to USPS guidelines. To avoid any of these issues, please be sure to provide a valid address, phone number and email address.

Payment Methods for International Orders
All International Orders must be prepaid before merchandise is shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal or may require a Direct Bank Draft Wire Transfer.  A $16 fee will be charged for all Wire Transfers.



Gift certificates are currently not available.


Although it is our intention to provide accurate information on our website, we regret, but are not liable for errors in product descriptions, pricing and photographic errors. Photos may be stock file photos from the manufacturer provided for reference.  The manufacturer may use the same photo to represent all variations of a product or show the product in use with other parts that may be sold separately.  Please review the part number and description and contact us with any questions before ordering.
